Our team will then be in touch with relevant roles we have available. For some candidates we may also offer you a place with us as a BMC (Base Model Candidate), this is where we take your CV and propel you through our sales coaching and mentoring scheme to help you progress to a higher role, giving you further opportunity to professionally progress your capabilities and hone in on bigger salaries.
