this is done through our continual sales progression program, what is that you ask?

Often with candidates once we've throughly screened them, we find the majority are looking for upward progression from their current/previous role, pretty standard right? We all want to progress our skills and salary but many don't always have the 'experience' or most commonly the opportunity to do so, therefore, we end up re-searching for candidates with better backgrounds, who have had higher salaries and will therefore be expecting even larger salaries this time around, especially if they're headhunted, but what about candidate A? If his background is 5 years as a sales executive, why shouldn't he apply for a sales managers role? Simply, because he may not know how to follow some basic KPI's he's never been taught. That's where we come in, our experienced sales directors will help train and mentor these candidates into those desired characters. In doing so, we take a sales executive earning 25k a year and turn him into a newly refreshed Sales manager, only now needing 32k a year because we've helped him understand his value and how he must  take our taught knowledge and gain his own experience in the seat to offer your business value, this often saves businesses thousands, how? Most industry sales manager positions are offered at somewhere between 35-50k depending on varying factors, but by choosing an already experienced sales exec, who now has new knowledge of sales and a continual development progression with our team, you can hire that candidate for less, with the understanding from both employer and employee there will be some 'standard new role learning time'.

That's not to say we don't have a host of experienced directors and managers available to us, but BASE are about development, nobody got where they're today without, perseverance, possibility but most importantly, OPPORTUNITY.

As well as using large company CV data-bases of candidates to find and train for your next potential employee, we also have BMC's (Base Model Candidates) these particular candidates are solely registered with Base and have already undergone screening and assessments, as well as training where needed, in order for us to offer a more 'personal' candidate. How many recruiters really know the candidate they're offering you, other than what it says on their CV, or the 10 minute conversation they had on the phone? Our Fees

Bronze Package -  10% fixed finders fee (basic annual salary) 

  • 1-hour consultation with our experienced consultants 

  • Professional written advertisement posted to all major job boards 

  • All Candidates (headhunted or BMC's) are screened for the role before interviewing

  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed using our consultation to ensure at least 85% match

  • Support with arranging interviews and feedback

  • Advice on negotiating offers and salaries when required

Silver Package -  17.5% fixed finders fee (basic annual salary) 7.5% paid upon instruction

  • 1-hour consultation with our experienced consultants 

  • Professional written advertisement posted to all major job boards 

  • All Candidates (headhunted or BMC's) are screened for the role before interviewing

  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed using our consultation to ensure at least 85% match

  • Support with arranging interviews and feedback

  • Advice on negotiating offers and salaries when required

  • FREE REPLACEMENT should successful candidate leave within 3 months 

  • 1 month (two physical visits) CPD with candidate and business to help align both with required KPI targets

Gold Package -  15% fixed finders fee (basic annual salary) 7.5% paid upon instruction

  • 1-hour consultation with our experienced consultants 

  • Professional written advertisement posted to all major job boards 

  • All Candidates (headhunted or BMC's) are screened for the role before interviewing

  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed using our consultation to ensure at least 85% match

  • Support with arranging interviews and feedback

  • Advice on negotiating offers and salaries when required 

  • 3 month (six physical visits) CPD with candidate and business to help align both with required KPI targets 

  • Ongoing sales coaching and mentoring of candidate under the clients remit to ensure positive continual commitment to business goals.
